Foundation Lecturer (SEND / Additional Learning Needs) Location: A Good-rated FE college in Northamptonshire Salary: £27,200 – £33,400 per annum Contract: Full-time, permanent Holiday: 44 days annual leave + 5 college closure days over Christmas Pension: Teachers’ Pension, employer contribution 28.68% What will you be doing? Deliver engaging, person-centred lessons in foundation learning for students with additional learning needs (SEND) Design and develop bespoke learning support programmes and materials Assess student support needs and coordinate appropriate exam accommodations Supervise and mentor Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to ensure inclusive delivery Who We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher status and experience teaching foundation studies/SEND OR: Proven experience working with SEND learners or those with additional learning needs Ability to adapt lessons and resources to meet diverse learning profiles Strong classroom presence with the ability to engage and motivate Competency in assessing and implementing necessary student support    Next Steps Once you've applied, one of our friendly further education consultants will give you a call to discuss this opportunity.
