Due to continued growth, they are now expanding their R&D team. The Role This is a practical, field-focused R&D position offering exposure across the full product development lifecycle. You will play a key role in building, modifying and validating prototype systems, ensuring both hardware and embedded software perform reliably in laboratory and on-farm environments. Key responsibilities include: Building, modifying and testing prototypes Functional, environmental and durability testing Validating embedded systems and GUI functionality Testing software and hardware integration Documenting product performance Supporting end-of-line production test equipment setup and validation Diagnosing, debugging and conducting root cause analysisThis role offers a strong mix of workshop-based technical work and on-site testing, working closely with engineers and end users to continuously improve product performance and reliability.
