Senior Quantity Surveyor - Refurbishment & Fit-Out Location: Central London Salary: £75,(Apply online only)-£100,(Apply online only) + comprehensive package Employment: Permanent Start: ASAP ________________________________________ The Opportunity: A well-established London-based main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial fit-out & refurb division. The business has an excellent reputation within the market, a strong and secure pipeline of work, and a loyal, high-quality client base. You will be responsible for running multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from £500k to £5m. Sectors include commercial, leisure, hospitality, high-end residential, and education.
