Regional Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a industry-leading logistics company that are looking for a new individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on supervisory role, where you will be responsible for overseeing a section of the warehouse, supporting daily operations, and leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure service levels and business targets are consistently achieved Role & Responsibilities Support the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives Ensure inbound deliveries are received, checked, and stored correctly Oversee order picking, sorting, and preparation for dispatch Monitor performance against operational targets and KPIs Promote a positive team-working culture Resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating where appropriate Ensure all manual handling and health & safety procedures are followed Requirements Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Strong leadership and people-management skills Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members Good communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail Understanding of customer service requirements and operational impact What's on offer: Permanent opportunity within a stable and growing operation Hands-on leadership role with progression opportunities Supportive team environment Next Steps Apply to this Warehouse Supervisor role through this advert.
