Sales Engineer - Hardfacing / Heavy Industry


White Label Recruitments currently partnering with a leading engineering manufacturer that supplies engineered wear and refurbishment solutions into heavy process industries. Their customers operate within environments such as: • Energy from Waste (EfW) • Cement & aggregates • Biomass & power generation • Glass & metal recycling • Bulk materials handling and processing plants They support plant equipment including material handling systems, cyclones, rotary valves, screw conveyors, chutes, ducting and other high-wear components — focusing on improving reliability, reducing downtime and extending component life. As part of their growth plans, they’re looking to appoint a commercially focused individual to help develop relationships across these sectors. The role would suit someone who: • Already sells wear / hardfacing / fabrication / fabricated industrial solutions or • Comes from a Maintenance, Engineering or Project background within heavy industrial plant environments and is open to moving into a more commercially driven position. This is a consultative, solution-led role — working closely with plant teams to identify upgrade, reverse engineering and refurbishment opportunities rather than purely transactional product sales.
