Mechanical Site Manager

Client: Established for over 50 years, our client began as a top supplier of air conditioning, they have since expanded into a multi-disciplined company specialising in design and build for mechanical services across commercial and industrial environments; performing air conditioning, ventilation and heating services for commercial and high end residential clients nationwide. Working within Commercial, Hotel, Education and High End Residential sectors they undertake mechanical installs from £50,000 to £1.5M. With a small maintenance team, they also undertake work direct for end users. The business now boasts an annual turnover of circa £25M and is growing organically year on year. Role: Mechanical Site Manager - £55,000 - £65,000 + £10K Bonus + Package The successful candidate will be responsible for various building services projects throughout Bristol from the values of £500K - £2m. Typically the company operates in the following sectors: Commercial Offices, Super Prime Residential Role/Responsibilities: * Design Review (scope gaps / clashes) * Short term programming. * Health & Safety (RAMS). * Technical Submissions. * Preparation/issuing all RFI. * Sub-contractor coordination. * Management of commissioning stages * Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors * Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client * Weekly site and Progress meetings The ideal candidate: * Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services. * Experience working in the commercial sector In return they offer: * A healthy pipeline of work. * A real opportunity for growth and development. * The opportunity to move up the management ladder. * To join a business with excellent staff retention and family feel to it
