What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: • Deliver a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment, M&E and maintenance projects from inception to completion. • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet quality, cost, and programme targets. • Ensure compliance with ADSL management systems, including Lifecycle/Construction Project Management, Procurement and Finance. • Prepare and maintain Construction Phase Plans. • Review and approve RAMS through the ATP process. • Lead day‑to‑day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operation. • Engage with stakeholders including Building Control, Planning, and internal teams. • Ensure all projects comply with CDM Regulations, Safe Systems of Work, Asbestos Management and wider QHSE expectations. What We're Looking For: • NQF Level 4 qualification. • Industry-recognised qualification in engineering, building, or facilities management. • SSMTS and First Aid certification. • Full valid UK driving licence. Experience & Knowledge: • Significant experience in building, civils, M&E or FM projects. • Proven background in project or construction management. • Knowledge of building regulations and CDM compliance. • Ability to think analytically with a structured and logical approach. • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Desirable: • Experience within MoD or military environments. • Knowledge of IFS systems. • Experience delivering multi-funded or multi-trade projects. • Experience using Fieldview. Skills: • Excellent written communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work flexibly under pressure and meet strict deadlines. • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
