JOB TITLE - SEND Learning Support Assistant (SEND LSA) ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive Primary School based in South Bristol. The school offers a collaborative working environment and provides regular CPD opportunities throughout the academic year. Depending on performance, there may be opportunities for contract extension or a permanent position. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location: South Bristol Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant Full-Time: Monday to Friday Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child‑related references is required Experience working with Special Educational Needs, including: Autism Speech & Language Needs Additional learning or behavioural needs Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year Strong command of spoken and written English Experience within healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one Provide two professional, child‑related references covering the last 24 monthsIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up‑to‑date CV.
