Prestige Vehicle Technician (EV Trained) £28,000 – £39,000 Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus 45 Hour Week Available Permanent, Full Time Our client, a well-established and reputable prestige motor trade business, is currently looking to recruit a Skilled Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic capabilities, particularly in modern vehicle electrics and EV systems, to join their busy workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with a stable employment history who is confident working on modern vehicles and looking to maximise earnings through an uncapped bonus structure. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (45-hour week available) * 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm (Paid as overtime) Duties & Responsibilities * Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards * Advanced fault finding and diagnostics, particularly on electrical and modern vehicle systems * Working on hybrid and electric vehicles * Repairing and replacing components as required * Conducting vehicle health checks and reporting findings accurately * Adhering to manufacturer processes and workshop procedures * Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent) * Strong diagnostic skills with modern vehicle electrics * EV / Hybrid training * Proven workshop experience (main dealer or prestige background desirable) * Stable employment history * Ability to work efficiently within set time frames * Full UK Driving Licence This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated technician looking to work within a professional environment, with excellent earning potential and long-term stability.
