Business Development Executive- Blackburn £35-£38k basic plus 2% commission Location: Blackburn, Lancashire Travel: Some travel required Sector: Engineering / Manufacturing Reporting to: Managing Director I’m currently exclusively partnering with a highly respected UK engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Business Development Executive. This role would suit a driven, resilient sales professional who thrives on outbound engagement, structured pipeline development and converting opportunity into revenue. The Role The Business Development Executive will play a key role in generating and qualifying new commercial opportunities across multiple channels. This position combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead management and early-stage technical qualification. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams, ensuring high-quality opportunities are progressed effectively through the sales pipeline.
