Plumber Multi

We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join our maintenance team in Woking. You will carry out repairs, maintenance and bathroom installations in residential properties, including some out-of-hours work as part of a call-out rota. What You’ll Do * Diagnose and repair plumbing issues * Complete bathroom installs, including tiling * Support other trades when needed * Respond to emergency repairs * Communicate clearly with tenants and keep them updated * Follow Health & Safety procedures * Keep tools, equipment and work vehicle clean and maintained * Record work accurately, including photos when required What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 2–3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) * Skilled in at least 2 additional trades * 3+ years experience (ideally residential repairs) * Good knowledge of bathroom installation and building regulations * Full UK driving licence * Comfortable using phone/PDA * Professional and reliable with good problem-solving skills * DBS check required Desirable * Laminate flooring fitting experience
