Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Engineer Southampton (SO19) £16.07 – £20.88 per hour (DOE) Full-Time | 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights) We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established manufacturing company in Southampton, for a Mechanical and/or Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The Role * Planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery * Fault finding on mechanical, electrical and control systems * Supporting automation and minimising downtime * Initial Monday–Friday induction period before moving to rotating 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) Requirements * Level 3 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or similar) * Industrial maintenance experience preferred * 18th Edition desirable * Strong fault finding skills * Able to work 4 on / 4 off days and nights Benefits * £50 weekly shift attendance bonus * Holiday * Overtime at +20% * Canteen / free food * Pension & free on-site parking If you’re looking for a stable, long-term engineering role with excellent benefits, apply today or contact us for more details.
