About the Role We are seeking a full-time Applications Support Engineer to join a dynamic technical team. This is a hands-on role covering technical support, system design, commissioning, and training. You will work across a wide variety of projects, designing and delivering professional AV systems while supporting customers and partners with technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Design professional AV systems from customer documentation, including acoustic simulations, schematics, and supporting technical documentation. Program, optimise, and commission AV solutions both remotely and on-site. Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in-person assistance. Deliver product demonstrations and conduct site surveys to gather project requirements. Maintain and apply strong IP networking knowledge as systems increasingly integrate with IT infrastructure. Undertake continuous professional development and maintain relevant industry certifications. Skills & Experience Degree in Music Technology, Audio Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Experience with Q-SYS and control systems. Experience with wireless microphone systems. Understanding of AV over IP and networking fundamentals (e.g., Dante, switch configuration). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
