The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning. Responsibilities will include: Targeted Support: Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions to boost pupil progress Classroom Management: Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment. Inclusion: Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and implementing individual education or behaviour plans. Cover Supervision: Providing short-term cover for the class teacher when required to ensure continuity of learning.Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: Qualifications: A CACHE Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years. Experience: Recent experience working in a UK primary school or EYFS setting.
