Job Title: AC Improver Location: Sheffield Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + Travel Pay + Company Vehicle AC Improver – Air Conditioning & HVAC We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable AC Improver to join our growing HVAC team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within air conditioning, working alongside experienced engineers on commercial and industrial projects. What’s on Offer * £30,000 – £35,000 base salary (depending on experience) * Paid travel time * Company vehicle provided * Overtime available * Ongoing training and career progression * Company pension The Role As an AC Improver, you will: * Assist senior engineers with installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems * Work on split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems, and associated HVAC equipment * Support fault finding and basic repairs * Ensure all work is carried out safely and to industry standards * Travel to sites across Sheffield and surrounding areas What We’re Looking For * Experience working within air conditioning or HVAC * F-Gas qualification (preferred but not essential) * Basic understanding of installation and servicing procedures * Full UK driving licence * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Career Progression This role is ideal for someone looking to develop into a fully qualified AC Engineer.
