What we're looking for Proven experience working within UK SEN schools or specialist provisions Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, or complex communication needs A calm, patient, and proactive approach Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Your role Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support Assist with personalised learning plans and differentiated activities Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and independence Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high‑quality support throughout the school day
