Lift Repair Manager (Home-Based / Remote) - Client HQ N/W London £55,000 – £65,000 + Performance Bonus + Company Benefits Location: Home-Based / Remote (site locations managed M25/London area) Are you a senior professional looking to take the next leap in your management career? We are a highly respected, fast-growing lift company looking for a dedicated Repair Manager to lead our growing technical operations team of approx 8 engineers. This is a pivotal role where you will have the autonomy to manage the repair department from home, supported by a close-knit team that values quality over corporate metrics. Key Responsibilities: * Operational Management: Planning, scheduling, and overseeing all lift repair, maintenance, and modernization projects across the M25 and London. * Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and providing technical support to a team of field-based engineers. * Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all works strictly adhere to Health & Safety regulations, LOLER, and manufacturer specifications. * Technical Troubleshooting: Managing complex faults remotely or on-site and ensuring first-time fix rates remain high. * Client Liaison: Managing customer expectations, providing technical updates, and building long-term relationships. What we are looking for: * Industry Experience: Proven track record as a Repair Manager, Service Manager, or Senior Engineer looking to progress. * Software Literacy: Comfortable using service management software and digital reporting tools. * Location: While the role is home-based, you should be within a commutable distance of London/M25 for occasional site audits or team meetings.
