Our client is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of domestic commercial contracts—from negotiation and execution to closeout. This role plays a key part in delivering business-critical contracts and contributing to company success. As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will: * Lead contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance * Manage full Route to Contract, including bidding, proposal generation, and contract terms * Oversee contract delivery, amendments, and acceptance criteria * Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and defence industry standards (ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS) * Support business growth by contributing to new work opportunities * Identify and mitigate contract risks * Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external * Provide management with regular contract status updates * Resolve contract disputes with legal and relevant teams As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will bring: * Proven commercial contract experience, ideally in Defence/Aerospace * Skilled in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts * Strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills * Ability to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Familiarity with MoD contracting structures (DEFCONs/QDCs) preferred Benefits: * Competitive salary & annual bonus * Flexi & hybrid working options * Pension contribution * Paid overtime available * Shares, healthcare cash plan etc. * Great site facilities Vetting: Please note that candidates must be eligible to obtain SC clearance and therefore hold British citizenship
