We are urgently recruiting A hands-on, customer-facing Field Service Engineer with direct roll forming / coil processing experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the commercial awareness to grow service revenue for a rapidly expanding business. *This is a new role for the business* Sector Experience: * Experience working specifically with roll forming and coil processing lines You will have Hands-on experience with: * Mechanical troubleshooting * Hydraulics & pneumatics * Reading electrical schematics * Led multiple global installations and commissioning projects * Strong fault-finding ability on automated production equipment * Uses Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office * Writes risk assessments, service reports, and method statements Commercial & Business Fit * Identifies spare parts opportunities during service visits * Generates additional revenue through upgrades & refurbishments * Works closely with sales teams to convert service leads * Manages after-sales issues until full resolution In return, our client offers a competitive salary package, excellent business/career opportunities to grow over the next 2 – 18 months based on the companies projections and 2026/2027 business plans
