Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out 📍 West London 💼 Permanent 💰 Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus We are working with a well-established Mechanical Contractor who specialise in Commercial CAT A & CAT B Fit Out projects across London. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work in West London, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join the team. Projects typically range from £1m–£5m, delivering high-quality office refurbishments and fit outs for Tier 1 main contractors and end clients. The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover. You will manage programme, subcontractors, procurement and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Managing mechanical packages on commercial fit out projects * Overseeing site teams including supervisors and subcontractors * Programme management and coordination with the main contractor * Procurement of plant and materials * Financial management alongside the commercial team * Attending client and progress meetings * Ensuring high levels of health & safety and quality compliance * Driving projects through commissioning and handover About You * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager * Strong background in Commercial Fit Out (CAT A & CAT B) * Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£5m range * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * Commercially aware and capable of running projects independently * Based within commuting distance of West London What’s On Offer * Strong pipeline of secured London-based projects * Established and reputable contractor * Clear progression opportunities * Competitive salary and package If you’re a Mechanical Project Manager looking to work on high-quality commercial fit out projects across West London, we’d be keen to speak confidentially
