Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager – Full Time Falmouth & Camborne, Cornwall From £35,700 per annum (DOE) MBR Dental are currently assisting independent dental practices in Falmouth and Camborne, Cornwall to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated manager to lead two busy, modern practices and drive growth, development, and operational excellence. What’s on Offer: * Available ASAP (notice periods considered) * Full-time – 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm * Salary from £35,700 per annum depending on experience * Car parking available at both sites * Opportunity to lead two independent, established practices About the Practices: * Independent practices in Falmouth (TR11) & Camborne (TR14) * Each site has 2 surgeries and is computerised with Dentally * Offer general dentistry alongside urgent care, Orthodontics, Special Care & MOS * Supportive and professional teams About the Role: The Dual-Site Practice Manager will oversee operations at both locations to ensure smooth day-to-day management and practice growth. Key responsibilities include: * Marketing and patient engagement initiatives * Staff development and HR duties * Compliance and CQC standards * Managing KPI’s, practice budgets, and finances * Driving private revenue and operational efficiency * Leading and motivating teams at both sites About You: * Minimum 1 year dental practice management experience * Patient-focused, self-motivated, and an inspirational team leader * Strong organisational and leadership skills * DBS check required This role is ideal for a dynamic Practice Manager who wants to make an impact across two independent dental practices in Cornwall
