Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts Deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets exacting standards Build strong, lasting relationships that turn clients into advocates Coordinate mail, document and print solutions with your keen eye for perfectionWhat we are looking for You'll bring proven experience in account management, customer success or client delivery roles. Print, mail, document or similar industry experience is required. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
