Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years Framework Creating a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment Supporting children's early phonics, communication and personal development Working closely with teaching assistants and parents Tracking progress and adapting provision to meet individual needsThe school is looking for a teacher who can balance warmth and care with clear structure and high expectations. The Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will: Hold UK QTS Have strong EYFS experience, ideally within Reception Be confident in delivering phonics and early maths Demonstrate a nurturing, patient and positive approach Be committed to building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Be seeking a long-term, stable opportunity within a supportive schoolThis role would suit either an experienced EYFS teacher or a confident early-career teacher with strong Reception experience who is looking to develop within a smaller independent setting.
