Registered Manager South East London (Stratford & Kent) £25,000 + performance bonus & uncapped commission (OTE £38,500+ Year 1) Flexible working (part-time or full-time) About the role We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a newly launched premium social care franchise delivering a private, concierge-style membership service. This is a foundational leadership role within a start-up environment. While the business has a dedicated Business Development Lead, the Registered Manager will play a key role in shaping the service, ensuring regulatory excellence, and supporting sustainable growth. The position is primarily compliance and service-led, with an expectation of commercial awareness within a premium, private-pay model. Role focus Approximately 70% Registered Manager and compliance Approximately 30% strategic growth support and commercial input Registered Manager responsibilities * Register with CQC as the Registered Manager * Lead CQC registration, inspections, and ongoing compliance * Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks * Ensure the service consistently meets regulatory standards * Work closely with the Director on assessments and care design * Oversee safe, high-quality service delivery * Embed a culture aligned with a premium, concierge-style offering Strategic and commercial responsibilities * Support the Business Development Lead in client and partnership meetings where required * Provide operational and regulatory input into growth strategy * Contribute to development of the Elite tier service * Support partnership onboarding from a compliance perspective Essential requirements * Eligibility to register with CQC * Strong knowledge of regulatory and governance frameworks * Experience in domiciliary or private social care * Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to travel to Stratford and Kent as required Compensation structure To reflect the foundational nature of this role, Year 1 includes a structured performance model designed to balance early-stage stability with long-term earning potential. Phase 1: Months 1–6 * £3,000 performance bonus at Month 3 * £3,000 performance bonus at Month 6 Bonuses are linked to key milestones such as supporting the establishment of referral partnerships, successful onboarding of initial Elite tier clients, and achieving operational and compliance readiness. Phase 2: Month 7 onwards * 1.5% uncapped commission on generated revenue Commission applies to both new revenue and the portfolio established during the initial phase, providing earning momentum as the service scales. Estimated Year 1 OTE is £38,500+, with uncapped upside as recurring revenue grows.
