Packing Operative

Job Title: Packing Operative Location: Rochdale Job Type: Temp to Perm (with potential for permanent opportunities) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £13.18 ph We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join a busy and well-established company based in Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking consistent work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working Hours: Initial Training Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break Shift Pattern (following training period): Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm 20-minute break Friday: 6:00am – 11:30am 11:30am – 5:00pm 5-minute paid rest break Key Responsibilities: Packing products accurately and efficiently Quality checking items before dispatch Labelling and preparing goods for shipment Working to daily production targets Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Flexibility to work rotating shifts What We Offer: Ongoing work with immediate starts available Weekly pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidates If you are interested in this opportunity and available to start immediately, please apply today or contact our team for more information.
