Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach - What You’ll Be Doing: Hitting the road to coach apprentices in their workplaces Delivering high-quality Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training Managing your own caseload and driving learner progress Planning your own diary and working autonomously Capturing evidence, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance Supporting learners to hit milestones and achieve their qualifications This is a hands-on coaching role where no two days are the same. What They Are Looking For ✔ Extensive industry experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning ✔ A passion for mentoring and developing others ✔ Strong communication and organisation skills ✔ The ability to manage your time and workload effectively Desirable (but not essential): • TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor qualifications • Experience with government-funded training No teaching background?
