Senior Site Manager Nottingham Permanent - Monday to Friday  Build Exceptional Communities with a Leading UK Housebuilder A well-established and highly regarded UK residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a quality new housing development in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who takes pride in delivering high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a residential development, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain a strong site presence to ensure operational excellence throughout the build programme. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies Deliver plots in line with programme schedules and budgets Maintain high standards of build quality and site presentation Manage subcontractors and direct labour teams Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Ensure NHBC standards and building regulations are met Foster a positive, high-performing site culture Maintain effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on new build housing projects  Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of construction processes and NHBC regulations Ability to manage a brand new phase on this development effectively Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness and programme management experience Essential Qualifications SMSTS CSCS (Black or Gold Card) First Aid at Work NVQ Level 6 (or working towards) in Construction Management or equivalent What’s on Offer Competitive salary up to £72,000 Company car or car allowance Private healthcare Bonus Scheme Generous pension contribution Life assurance 28 days holiday + bank holidays If you are interested in leading a brand new phase on an existing project in Nottingham - drop Chloe a call on (phone number removed)
