Multi Skilled Engineer (Continental)

Are you a versatile engineer ready to maintain and operate complex HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems within a high-profile commercial environment in London? We are seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver reliable maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, and provide a first-class service to building occupants. This position suits an electrically qualified engineer who is comfortable working across multiple disciplines and enjoys a client-facing role. Key Responsibilities Maintain, operate and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systems Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs Complete risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance records Liaise with customers, site teams, and specialist subcontractors Use CAFM / mobile systems to manage and close tasks (Planon experience beneficial) Provide technical support and assist with quotations for remedial and chargeable works Adopt a flexible, "can-do" approach and support activities outside your core trade where required Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety and statutory regulations What We're Looking For Time-served electrical tradesperson City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent 18th Edition (BS 7671) essential HVAP or experience in critical / high voltage environments desirable Good working knowledge of mechanical plant, HVAC, and water treatment Understanding of L8 / ACOP Health & safety awareness; IOSH Managing Safely advantageous Comfortable using CAFM and handheld/mobile technology Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
