Senior Building Surveyor £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance + bonus 📍 City of London This is a permanent, full-time appointment with a hybrid working pattern. The role sits within a multidisciplinary building consultancy and covers a broad mix of commercial project and professional Building Surveying instructions. 🎯 Responsibilities * Deliver Technical Due Diligence instructions * Undertake design and contract administration of building works and repairs * Provide project management services across commercial projects * Advise on dilapidations, Party Wall matters and Licences for Alterations * Prepare planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and project monitoring reports ✅ Requirements * MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor * Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience * Broad experience across project and professional Building Surveying instructions * Strong client-facing communication skills * Collaborative, team-focused approach 💰 Salary & Package * £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary * Car allowance and discretionary and fee-related bonus schemes * Tax-free EOT bonus scheme after 12 months * Pension (5% employer contribution) and private healthcare after 3 months * Professional fees paid, hybrid working, iPhone and laptop provided
