Fluid Process Operator

We are currently recruiting a Fluid Process Operator for our client based in Thetford. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing the production and refinement of various industrial fluids. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain equipment, and adhere to strict safety and quality standards. Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 15:00 – 23:30 Friday: 14:00 – 21:30 Key Responsibilities: Operate to a high standard of Health & Safety and maintain excellent housekeeping Blend and mix raw materials to create finished products according to formulation specifications Set up and run fluids on proportioning pumps Receive and manage bulk chemical deliveries Drive forklift trucks safely and efficiently Sample and test products to ensure quality standards Record weights, measurements, and other production data accurately Operate pump and valve systems Report mechanical and chemical issues to the relevant personnel promptly Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Forklift license advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply: Call the Thetford team at Select Recruitment today to discuss this opportunity and take the next step in your career
