With a team of experienced professionals, a focus on safety, accuracy, and collaboration, this is your chance to join a supportive environment and work on technically exciting projects. 📝 Main Duties * Manage and process company payroll using Sage Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Prepare and submit VAT returns on time. * Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. * Raise and manage sales invoices, monitor payments, and chase debtors. * Process supplier invoices and manage bill payments. * Maintain financial data using Sage Cloud Accounting. * Provide management with financial reporting and insights. * Undertake general finance and accounts administration tasks. 💼 Skills & Experience * Proven experience in accounts and payroll. * Strong working knowledge of Sage Cloud Accounting & Sage Payroll (essential). * Solid understanding of VAT, payroll, and general accounting principles. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks. * Professional, trustworthy, and discreet with confidential information. ⏰ Role Details * Part-time: 20–25 hours per week, spread across 5 days * Location: Office-based in Tyneside (hybrid/remote options negotiable) * Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience * Holiday: 20 days annual leave pro-rata + UK bank holidays * Type: Permanent position Why Join? * Be part of a friendly, supportive, and professional team * Work on cutting-edge surveying projects * Flexible part-time hours that fit your lifestyle 📞 Interested?
