Dental Practice Manager – Full Time Queensferry, Edinburgh, Scotland Rate negotiable (DOE) MBR Dental are currently assisting a mixed dental practice in Queensferry, Edinburgh, Scotland to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a busy, mixed dental practice and make a real impact on team performance and patient experience. What’s on Offer: * Available ASAP (notice periods considered) * Full-time position – 40 hours per week * Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm * Rate per hour negotiable depending on experience * Competitive staff benefits About the Role: The Dental Practice Manager will lead and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care, team development, and business performance. Responsibilities include: * Marketing and business development * Managing patient feedback * Staff development and leadership * Compliance management and acting as the nominated CQC Manager * Recruitment and retention of team members * Managing KPIs and P&L reports * Leading a team of 7–15 staff members * Supporting a mixed practice offering General Dentistry, Implants, and other services About You: * Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Practice Manager * Strong dental background * Commercially minded, patient-focused, and self-motivated * Inspirational team leader with excellent communication skills * Valid DBS certificate required About the Practice: * Mixed NHS and private environment * Computerised Dentally practice * Supportive and professional team This role is ideal for a motivated, commercially minded manager looking to lead a friendly, professional team in a busy Queensferry practice
