Design Draughtsperson

Job Title: Design Draughtsperson Location: Norwich Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Competitive Technique Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be working with a Norwich based specialist manufacturing company, who are looking for a Design Draughtsman to join the team. You will work closely with contractors, architects and installation teams in a fast-paced environment, managing drawing packages from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings for bespoke window and curtain wall systems Prepare drawings and documentation for client approval Produce general arrangement and setting-out drawings for site use Extract dimensions and quantities from existing drawings Produce fabrication and cutting drawings for manufacture Revise drawings following client or engineering feedback Liaise with internal teams, clients and external consultants Ensure deadlines, design consistency and compliance with British Standards Skills & Experience Strong AutoCAD and technical design skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Relevant CAD qualification or industry experience preferred CWCT accreditation advantageous Benefits Competitive salary Company clothing and mobile phone 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension contribution Colleague Assistance Portal Company pension Employee discount Free onsite parking Technique-Recruitment Solutions Ltd is a proud equal opportunities employer, dedicated and specialist to the engineering and manufacturing industries.
