Deputy Manager – Nursing Home 📍 Truro 💷 £48,000+ per annum – Pay review expected in April 🕒 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday A well-established nursing home in Truro, rated Good in all areas by the CQC, is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join its leadership team. About the Service * Primary Care Categories: * Older Person Care * Dementia Care * Stable management structure * Supportive provider with strong compliance history The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, and staff performance. You will play a key role in maintaining CQC standards, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement across the home.
