Role: Trainee Industrial Door Engineer  Location: Hayes Salary: £30,000  Hours: Monday – Friday / 40hrs  My client, a respected independent specialist in industrial door systems, is looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Industrial Door Engineer  to join their team in Hayes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in engineering with full training and progression provided. Key Responsibilities in your new Trainee Industrial Door Engineer  role: Support senior engineers with installation and maintenance of industrial doors, loading bays, gates, and barriers Assist with general mechanical fitting, lifting, and assembly work on-site Help ensure all jobs are carried out safely and efficiently Keep tools, equipment, and the work area organised Work at height when required (training provided) What you’ll need in your new Trainee Industrial Door Engineer  role: A full UK driving licence No fear of heights – some jobs require working on ladders or access platforms A mechanical background or basic hands-on experience using tools A good attitude and willingness to learn – reliability is key Age 18–22 (ideal for someone starting their engineering career) What you’ll need in your new Trainee Industrial Door Engineer  role: Full on-the-job training and career development All tools, uniform, and safety gear provided Overtime opportunities Great opportunity to gain real engineering experience in the field If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade with real career potential we’d love to hear from you.
