Essential Roles & Responsibilities To support the Group Finance in its core deliverables, a Senior Manager – FP&A is required to join Group Finance. In this role you will report to the Director of Planning & Acquisitions and be a trusted advisor to the Group CFO and overall leadership team, helping to drive business performance whilst building out the FP&A capability. Your responsibilities will include: * End-to-End FP&A Ownership: Lead group-wide long-term planning, annual budgeting and bi-annual forecasting processes, working together with the countries and Group leadership team * Advanced Modelling & Financial Analysis: Having the ability to build robust, flexible models from scratch, including integrated three-statement models to support investment evaluation, financing and long-range planning, providing a robust foundation for board and investor discussions. Skills in automating manual processes and streamlining reporting using advanced Excel and data tools would be preferred * Board & Investor Reporting: Ability to create and evolve board-level MI reporting packs, enabling data-led decision-making through clear visualisation of key trends and forward-looking analysis * Cash Flow & Liquidity Focus: Ability to build and drive rolling cash flow forecasts and liquidity models to enhance short-term visibility and support covenant monitoring and funding decisions * Systems & Process Improvement: Knowledge of key planning tools with an ability to contribute to drive automation, tooling upgrades and redesigning reporting frameworks Position Specifications * CA/ACCA /CIMA qualification (or equivalent) with strong PQE * Extensive experience of FP&A best practices within an international multi country organization * Strong financial modelling skills, used to working with large complex data and multi-currencies * Strong Technical Foundation: Candidates with experience in audit, controls and financial discipline, complemented by hands-on finance experience, post-qualification would be preferred * Ability to work alongside business partners and local finance teams, influencing and allowing for best practice sharing and standardization * Confidence and strong communication skills, adept at influencing and building relationships with both C-suite and local finance teams of varying sizes You will be: * Confident with high integrity and strong communication skills, adept at influencing and building relationships * Able to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities * Analytical, hands-on and happy to be involved in detail; building complex models from scratch * Proficient with business intelligence and system visualization tools to manipulate complex data sets, in particular Excel and Power BI Additional Desirable Attributes include: * Experience of developing and mentoring teams and promoting a high-performance culture * Fluency in an additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) * Technology or IT, sector experience
