About the Role Seeking a Commercial Manager to join their senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you’ll hold full commercial responsibility for administering major projects exceeding €75m. You’ll lead and inspire a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors while mentoring junior commercial staff to achieve excellence. About You Proven Expertise: Significant senior-level experience in the construction industry (IRL, UK, or internationally). Commercial Savvy: Strong capability in managing all commercial & contract documentation for large, complex construction projects.
