Supply Chain Coordinator

We're looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's team and play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products, at the right time, every time. What you'll be doing You'll be part of the Supply Chain & Customer Service team, responsible for managing the full end‑to‑end order journey. Your day will include: Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels Processing and checking high volumes of customer orders accurately Creating Excel order books showing delivery dates and lead‑time performance Updating and maintaining the ERP system from order entry to final delivery Identifying at‑risk orders and providing updated ETAs or alternative solutions Managing returns, collections, PODs, invoice discrepancies and other queries Liaising with internal teams to ensure on‑time fulfilment Raising and chasing purchase orders, monitoring stock and addressing non‑conformances Reviewing the daily suggested order report and maintaining correct min/max stock levels Providing proactive communication to customers against contract KPIsThis is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves organisation, communication and problem‑solving.
