Working alongside two dedicated and forward-thinking Directors, this role offers the chance to bring a shared vision to life and build a high-quality, child-centred service from the ground up. The Opportunity * Lead and register a brand-new dual residential provision * Shape the culture, systems and standards from day one * Build and develop a strong, values-led staff team * Drive compliance, quality and positive Ofsted outcomes * Create a safe, nurturing and high-achieving environment for young people Experience * Experienced Registered Manager ready for progression * 3+ Years in a Residential Setting * Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home compliance * Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) * Must Meet Requirements of Regulation 28 * Ambitious, forward-thinking and committed to high standards This opportunity would suit a dedicated and ambitious individual seeking significant progression as the business grows.
