Key Responsibilities Support teaching and learning within Nursery and Reception Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy development Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support Encourage learning through play and structured activities Support children’s social, emotional and communication development Assist with observations and contribute to learning records Promote positive behaviour and safeguarding practices The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working within an EYFS setting Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable) Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework Be patient, caring and enthusiastic Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills Have a clear understanding of safeguarding procedures Why Work with The Supply Register?
