Primary Supply Teacher – Year 2 Whitby and surrounding areas £130 to £190 per day, depending on experience Flexible day-to-day supply Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with a passion for Key Stage 1 and Year 2 learning? We are currently recruiting reliable, engaging Year 2 Supply Teachers to provide high-quality day-to-day cover in welcoming local schools. This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, regular local work, or a healthier work-life balance, without the pressures of planning and marking. The role As a Year 2 Primary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons provided by the school Create a positive and engaging learning environment Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently Support pupils to stay focused, motivated and on track Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies Provide brief end-of-day feedback to school staffYou can choose the days you work, with opportunities ranging from ad-hoc supply to more regular bookings.
