Sales & Account Executive St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex (TN38 9RT) Full Time – 38 hours per week £30,000–£40,000 + Commission/Bonus Are you a driven sales professional with experience in manufacturing or precision engineering? Do you enjoy building strong customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Account Executive to manage existing accounts, develop new business, and act as the key commercial contact between customers and our production teams. The Role * Manage and grow existing customer accounts * Identify and win new business opportunities * Prepare and follow up quotations, negotiate and close deals * Coordinate internally with production, scheduling and quality teams * Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting * Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities What We’re Looking For * Experience in sales or account management, ideally within manufacturing or engineering * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Organised, self-motivated and target-driven * CRM experience and good IT literacy This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you can make a real impact by expanding the customer portfolio and delivering exceptional service.
