Maintenance Electrician 📍 Central Belt (Scotland) 🕘 Full-Time | Permanent 💷 Salary: Up to £47,000 A leading global Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team, covering commercial contracts across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality FM services to a portfolio of commercial clients. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites. Key duties include: * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance * Fault finding and diagnostics * Testing and inspection works * Minor installation and remedial works * Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations * Completing job reports and maintaining accurate records * Participating in a 1 in 4 on-call rota About You * Fully qualified Electrician * 18th Edition essential * Experience within commercial maintenance environments * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * FM / building services experience preferred * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * Salary up to £47,000 (depending on experience) * 1 in 4 on-call rota * Company van and fuel card * Stable commercial contracts * Opportunity to work for a recognised global FM provider * Ongoing training and development If you're looking for a stable, well-paid maintenance role with long-term contracts and strong career backing, this is well worth considering.
