About the Role As the Department Supervisor for Outdoor Leisure & Christmas, you'll support the smooth running of the department and assist in leading the team. You'll help with team development, supervise daily operations, and support the department manager in achieving sales and performance goals. Key responsibilities include assisting with stock management, supporting merchandising standards, and helping the team deliver excellent customer service. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a candidate with proven retail supervision experience, ideally in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous garden leisure and Christmas retail experience is highly beneficial.
