Senior C&I Designer (SPI Intools) – Wales Location: West Wales This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering business during a period of continued growth as they support the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Renewable Energy and Nuclear sectors. Strong working knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI Intools) is essential. Role & Responsibilities * Producing new / updating existing produce Instrument Index’s, Instrument Schedules, Cable Schedules, Hook-up Diagrams, Interconnecting Diagrams and Loop Diagrams in SPI. * Strong working knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI Intools) is essential. * Managing change and identifying, formalising and notifying relevant parties of changes in the project. * Contributing to site requests by providing technical analysis. * Production of documentation to support construction. Key Skills & Knowledge * Must be qualified to ONC / HNC as a minimum. * Strong working knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI Intools) is essential. * Experience of C&I engineering documentation. * Experience of PLC and DCS systems. * Must have proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochem, Renewable Energy sectors or similar.
