The Role – Construction Project Manager As Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this large-scale build, working across the full lifecycle of the project from structural phase through to fit-out and handover. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will: * Lead and coordinate multiple Site Managers and Construction Managers * Oversee daily site operations on a major project exceeding £200m in value * Drive programme, quality, and health & safety standards * Manage subcontractor performance and package delivery * Monitor budgets, cost control, and risk management * Ensure works are delivered to Tier 1 standards and client expectations * Contribute to strategic project planning and reporting This role requires a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Requirements – What We’re Looking For To be considered for this Construction Project Manager position, you must have: * Proven experience as a Project Manager on major construction projects (£100m+) * A background working with Tier 1 or nationally recognised main contractors * Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary site teams * Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills * Excellent stakeholder and client-facing abilities * SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and relevant construction qualifications Candidates will ideally have delivered large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, or complex build schemes from inception through completion.
