Job Title: Registered Manager – Supported Living Service (Leicester) Location: Leicester Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Start Date: Immediate Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity in Leicester? We are seeking a committed and dynamic leader to oversee our well-established Extra Care scheme supporting adults to live independently within a safe and welcoming community environment. About the Service Our Supported service is based in Leicester and provides 24-hour support to adults aged 18 and over, comprising of 25+ self contained flats. We support individuals with: * Mild learning disabilities * Mental health diagnoses * Physical disabilities * Vulnerabilities associated with living independently The scheme consists of self-contained flats alongside shared communal facilities, including a spacious kitchen, lounge, social areas, and a garden. The service has a strong community feel and benefits from being close to shops, a library, leisure facilities, social clubs, and excellent public transport links. A dedicated team of Support Workers and an Administrator are already in place. The Role As Registered Manager, you will: * Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the service * Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation * Promote a culture of independence, dignity, and person-centred support * Lead, motivate and develop the staff team * Manage budgets and resources effectively * Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and health & safety * Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated manager ready to make a real impact within a supportive and community-focused environment.
