Joinery Estimator – North West London (Park Royal) Are you an experienced estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for bespoke joinery & high-quality interior fit outs? Key responsibilities: * Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for bespoke joinery packages and complete interior fit-out projects * Analyse tender documents, specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities * Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and supply chain partners to clarify scope and value-engineer where possible * Produce detailed take-offs, pricing breakdowns, and tender submissions * Support live projects with variations, cost control, and final account work What we're looking for: * Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator, Quantity Surveyor (estimator bias), or similar role within specialist joinery, bespoke architectural joinery, or high-end fit out * Strong commercial awareness and ability to price complex, custom elements (e.g. feature joinery, FF&E integration, retail fixtures) * Excellent understanding of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and installation * Proficiency with estimating software/tools (and Excel mastery) * Confident communicator with great negotiation skills * Right to work in the UK What we offer: * Competitive salary + performance bonus * Modern North West London HQ with excellent transport links * Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-profile projects * Supportive team environment with long-term career progression * Company pension Ready to estimate the next chapter of your career with a market-leading joinery & fit out specialist?
