Waste Management Operative

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Waste Management Operative to support our client. Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making a real difference in your community? Join our Waste Management as a loader operative. Key Responsibilities: · Collect waste and recycling from domestic and commercial properties · Empty litter bins and clear litter · Report issues like fly tipping and potholes · Assist with container delivery and vehicle safety · Support street cleaning Requirements: · Teamwork and reliability · Health & safety awareness · Experience working to operational targets Full training will be given, uniform, and protective gear supplied Up to 37 hours Monday to Friday, additional Saturday working may be available. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping public spaces clean, safe, and well maintained
