Receptionist


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Luton. This is an office-based position where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner * Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately * Consulting with different teams. * managing multiple inboxes. * Speaking with tenants and also different contractors regarding their enquiries, * managing different schedules, * Looking after meeting rooms, * All administration duties and front desk duties including the equipment management. * Handling mail and deliveries * Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area * Providing general administrative support to the team What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in customer service and receptionist/front desk roles * Ideally in a council * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional and approachable demeanor * Ability to multitask and stay organized * Reliable and punctual Why Apply? * Competitive hourly rate (£16–£18) * Flexible part-time hours (27 hours per week) * Opportunity for contract extension or permanent role
